Rachel R. Schneider, Esq.
Rachel R. Schneider is an associate attorney. Although she grew up in the greater Detroit area, after graduating from Michigan State University, Rachel moved to Texas to attend law school. In 2013 she graduated from the South Texas College of Law Houston. Rachel began her career working as a prosecutor in Brazoria County and then Harris County—Harris County being the third most populous county in the United States. As a prosecutor, Rachel handled and gained experience in all aspects of criminal prosecution. She has extensive court room experience and has successfully tried over 25 jury trials ranging from Driving Under the Influence, to Sexual Assault of a Child, to Murder. In October, 2018, Rachel returned to her native Michigan to continue her legal career ad be closer to family. In January, 2019, Rachel began working with the Law Office of Jorin G. Rubin, PC. Rachel is an outstanding trial lawyer with strong litigation skills. She provides exceptional service to clients, and her experience working with closely with victims as a prosecutor makes her particularly adept at handling complex family issues. Rachel’s experience in litigation and knowledge of both family and criminal law make her an extremely valuable asset to clients. Outside of the office, Rachel is devoted to both her family and her community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs.
