Joanne Fisher began her legal career in Oakland County where she served as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Joan E. Young, retired, Oakland County Probate Court, the Oakland County Circuit Court, the Oakland County Drug Court and the Oakland County Circuit Court, Family Division.  Joanne has extensive research and writing experience, particularly in matters relating to family law and children’s issues.

After leaving the Court, Joanne continued to develop her practice areas and has experience in bank law, bankruptcy law, lemon law, contract law, Uniform Commercial Code violations, and criminal and civil forfeiture.

In her spare time Joanne enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her husband, children and dog.
